Hello! My name is Alanna Landymore. I am Pro-EFW certified as a Human Services Specialist. I have a small practice, 7 minutes west of Okotoks, Alberta. I have a diploma in Child and Youth Care, a certificate in Addiction studies and more than 35 years’ experience, providing support to a wide range of populations. I offer individual sessions for children, youth and adults. I have a strong understanding of trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, self-awareness, confidence building and boundary setting, to name a few.
